The Most Sustainable Compensation Plan on the Planet

Greetings with grace and peace to you.

May God bless every good thing that you do.

Just wanted to talk compensation plans. Let me tell you what I really hate. I hate binaries and I hate wide and deep matrices.

When it comes to a matrix, I prefer 2 x 1 and 2 x 2 better than any other. I don't like the Jane Marks rubbish because all the money goes to the top and you don't get diddly piddly.

. . .  So, I designed a compensation plan that make matrices look like the tail and not the head. When you comprehend the 7-Up Money Power System, you will forget matrices, too, and we'll never look back.

The most sustainable compensation is a 7-up plan. The 7-up plan rewards the producer and weeds out the bums. You never have to concern yourself with anything other than opening new receiving lines. You can take it into infinity. Nothing stalls when you keep working at it. The thing measures the worth of each person and you still get good rewards for attracting good people. I like it better than a matrix to the point that I no longer bother with matrices.

I am also finding that the cheapo plans are unsustainable. They are cheap and they do not yield serious money. They attract people that play small.

I like a power line pay plan and that is what the 7-Up plan is about. Build wide to infinity and reap from the wide and deep. You set the pace. You screen for quality people who understand being productive.

What about yield? We have a rule. We refuse to accept anything that pays less than a 20% commission. We also decline to be making only a dollar per sale. So, look at us in comparison.

PC producers earn in the 50-100% range. Based on 20 sales in a perfect world where all producers replicate equally, we envision a $22,295 monthly earnings potential.

Stop! Did you get that? Better check us out.

Do you want to get down to business and learn how to attract these kind of earnings? This is a super program designed for super people. Check us out.

Do You Like This Concept?

No Explaining Necessary is most simple. You merely ask others: "Would you be helped, if we made marketing into a NO selling environment for you?"

Yes, of course!

We do feel that most people would love to have a marketing business, but only when certain pressures are taken off. That's exactly what we have done.

Follow these easy steps and watch your business grow:

[1] Show genuine interest in people and learn about their needs, dreams and goals.
[1.1] Be sure to carefully acknowledge them in those things.
[1.2] Invite those people to read this post.
[2] Ask them how they feel about it. Does it fit well with them?
[3] If they like it, have them click to our survey and complete it.
[4] Be sure to have them list your name as the referrer.
[5] We read their survey and contact them, if they appear to be qualified candidates.
[6] Remember, no explaining necessary.
[7] We handle the interview process, the qualifying of the prospect and engage them in a simple training program.

All you do is mention the concept and congratulate them when they join. Now, that's what we call an easy hit i.e. a good song.

We Let Blogs Handle the Load

A good blog serves as a foundation. A good foundation allows a strong structure of knowledge to be built. We are interested in establishing the facts. Committing things to writing also provides a point of reference and the core of understanding.

Clarity. Written materials provide the clarity that we need to build affinity and agreement.

Welcome to this blog. We introduce you to Paula Echols Phillips and The Prosperity Connection.

Let Kay Show You a Business with No Explaining Necessary

The worst mistake people make is attempting to verbally explain a business proposition. Inevitably, many people find it confusing and difficult to follow. This strikes fear into their heart and makes them feel like they can't do it.

There's a simple solution. Replace verbal efforts with good resources e.g. pencil and paper, spreadsheets, blogs, outlines, hand outs and videos.

Kay Scarborough became a member of The Prosperity Connection after carefully digesting the information provided to her. She then followed up with a few well placed questions to The PC founder, Ken Aspinwall.

Let Kay conduct you into your first exposure to The PC co-op. Be prepared for an astounding revelation about a new method of doing business.

You'll love it for sure. And wonder why you didn't think of it yourself.

God bless every good step you take. May you be blessed with clarity of mind, faith, wisdom and vision. The best of all things in 2011 for the bettering of your life.

No Explaining Necessary . . . What Is It?

N.E.N. is a simple concept that could change your world for the better. It was derived from my thinking and I was thinking about what bothers me the most about some prospects or the way some people prospect.

I realized they were lazy or misguided. I realized they wanted to be talked through a scenario and talked into doing things and it became obvious that this was such a wrong, wrong, wrong way to go about things.

So, I am setting out to make a point. Chances are . . . you detest the same thing, but do you do it to others? Probably.

Rules must be understood. The person with the business opportunity should be the interviewer. The person without a business or a good source of income should be an inquirer. However, the prospect must not shift the load of due diligence to the interviewer. That turns the interviewer into an unwilling sales person and they don't want to go there any more than you do.

Do you see the point? Good. Read this blog for a new adventure.
